Thursday, April 16th, 2015Over the years of photographing the mining/industrial industry I have had numerous opportunities to meet some great people. Sometimes our paths cross multiple times before I get to photograph them in their working environment which only makes the shoot that much more enjoyable. I always try to ask A LOT of questions in regards to their job and what they do so I can come up with a concept for the shot. (this also depends on how the image will be used in the companies marketing material). I enjoy learning about each profession and trade in the industry which in turn helps me with my future shoots. I always appreciate the time they take to educate me about their job and what they do.
