I Am The BBQ King
Friday, April 2nd, 2010I kicked off the easter weekend with BBQ Mastery. Now I normally don’t post any of my own personal backyard BBQ stuff, but I had to this time. I just finished one of the best BBQ Rib Supper’s I have every created. I mean the meat was “fall off the bone” tender, cooked to perfection and seasoned to extasy. Slow cooked with a hint of hickory smoke these ribs didn not last long after they hit the plate. Someday, if some of you are lucky enough, I will create this masterpeice for you. For those of you that have already had them………….you know what I”m talkin about. HAVE A GREAT EASTER WEEKEND!!!! Oh ya, image was taken with available light blah blah blah.
