Wednesday, May 11th, 2016When traveling to other Countries to photograph mining industrial operations I always try to get out and about to talk & photograph the locals trying to capture a piece of their story in a single image.
Professionally created images can bring more attention to your marketing materials. Take a look at your images, ask others, look at your competitors and see if your images are in the same “league”. If not, then it’s time to upgrade your media library.
Mmmmm Sudbury Pizza | Sudbury Photographer
Wednesday, April 20th, 2016I found myself at diGusto Yesterday with my buddy Franco where we for 2 straight hours photographed AND ate some of the delicious menu items diGusto has to offer, like the below PIZZA. Don’t ask me what the proper name for this pie is as I tend to black out when I am stuffing my face. Let’s just call it the “Mmph Pie”.

Monday, February 29th, 2016This is an oldy but still one of my favorite images especially when I had a large metal print made from the image for display. I captured this just as a few rocks slid down the front slop and created this HUGE dust cloud that eventually enveloped the cat.
Take a look at the images you are using to market your company. Are they out of date? Irrelevant? Low Quality? STOCK? If you answered YES to any of these then your marketing materials are misrepresenting your company.

Tuesday, January 26th, 2016The next big industry event is just around the corner with less than 6 weeks preparation time. PDAC 2016 is coming up fast and if you have not started making preparations for your marketing materials for this event you are going to be cutting it close. Sit down with your marketing department (if you have one) and start discussing what changes you might need to make for this years trade show season. Last summer I had the chance to work with Tracks & Wheels here in Sudbury, Ontario creating visuals for their new marketing materials spearheaded by Norman Studio‘s. Both teams were excellent to work with. Looking forward to seing more of their materials over the next year.
